The perfect week!

Hi there, I hope you all had a great Valentines Day? I miss my family when I’m on work like yesterday but this trip to Lahti turned out even better then I was dreaming of!

To send love is not the same as to show it?
Oh yes it is!!

To be in the middle of a professional Symphony Orchestra is a treat that very few singers and artists get to feel and I know that! And to be in front of one of the best ones is even a treat AND a blessing! As a Rock singer on the road for the last 30 years all around the world, this comes very high on my list of special moments!! I loved it!!

Our Maestro Antti Rissanen is quite an odd type of man, humorous, funny, very good in what he is doing and with one foot in the classical music scene and the other one in the pop and Rock oriented life and way of breathing he can pull off things like this James Bond Show with a smile on his face, and he does it with perfection!

I come from a world where a lot of things doesn’t work, no matter how much you try to prepare yourself and others! To get a peak into the total organization of Lahti Simfonia family way of handling and getting things to work out, both musically and down in every detail on and off stage was really another eye opening moment in life!

And then there was heaven! Heaven in a lovely young woman and her family. This is the first time I’ve met and even heard Diandra sing, and my heart rushes like crazy every time she sings! It’s not very often I’ve had this feeling on any singer at all! But to be there on stage and share songs with her, Antti and Lahti Symfonia will be a dear moment for me in life to keep and bring back just by closing my eyes with a smile!

Yes we did it! One show in Borgå, two Shows in Lahti, a few days with rehearsals and a heart full of great memories from a perfect week ❤️😎

Nyårslöftet håller i sig!?

Det nya året har börjat med bravur! Det brukar det ju göra, men det känns bra i varje fall just nu 🧐

Så klart fins det både plus och minus även i det nya året, men just nu vill jag bara njuta av solen och den underbara känslan av att hitta glädjen i nått så enkelt som en promenad ❤️

Än så länge är jag ledig, och just nu njuter jag av ledigheten och diggar i stillhet av musiken jag ska framföra på en konsert om en liten månad!

Hur länge håller det?

It was a true pleasure to be back at The Scotsman at Karl Johan in Oslo again! They really have a very special bunch of people working there, great food and a lot of great and special drinks!

But the coolest thing is the combination and the atmosphere they create together! It’s a very special place to be.

When the weekend came I felt the excitement really hit me! One of my oldest and dearest friends in life came to spend it together with me, both on and off stage. Gurra lives in Sweden, so he arrived from his hometown by train to Oslo.

It’s really funny that we can turn back time the way we do when our best friends show up. It was like we’ve never been apart and we had crazy fun as always!

Now we finally had the time to talk and spend time together like in the old days when we both lived in Sweden! And we could sit down and write music together again, something I’ve missed like a piece of my heart has been gone! And it was perfect like turning back time again!!

Now it’s time to fly back home and to celebrate Christmas!! I hope we see each other again when I’m back on the road in 2020! Until then I wish you all a Merry Christmas! Take care!

There’s a new kid in town!

There is A LOT of really good reasons to come to Finland and Helsinki!! Great classical music, tons of Rock n Roll, live music of all kind, a lot of fantastic buildings, areas and cultural experiences in absolutely World Class!!

Great food, very nice bars, restaurants, etc etc. I really like the hockey here, the fans and the magic on the ice kind of fit me!! Not much fighting among the fans, but the hockey guys don’t mind an honest fight now and then with each other!

But now there’s a new kid in town witch I think will be a huge success!! And it will be known among us fans of this great and beautiful Country as a very special place to go!

Fame Music Museum has it all!! Great food and drinks, it’s close to everything being a part of Tripla in Pasila train station (Böle tågstation) Fantastic music and memories!

You can be a part ON STAGE using VR technology together with your favorite artists with perfect sound!!

A crazy great experience! I just love it! ❤️

My personal favorite room is the one where you can split up a quire or a symphony orchestra when they play or sing and you can listen to the tenor parts or just the cello watching the notes dance and move on while they perform their magic! Just pic what you want to hear! You still hear all the other parts, but you can highlight what you want to and still have the perfect sound!!

Be sure to take your time and get a very nice treat to your vision, ears, belly, mouth and your imaginations with spending some time at Fame Music Museum! It’s really worth every second of it!! The new kid in town is a BLAST FROM THE PAST but also a very much needed up to date pleasure!!

Now I’m on my way back on tour again, this time to Ålesund Norway 🙂 My dear hometown! I’m flying over the icy mountains and deep deep fjords and it feels like I’m falling in love again ❤️👍
